Unity I Home Health Care, LLC, a locally owned and operated agency in Portsmouth, Ohio. Established in 2004, Unity currently serves clients in Scioto, Pike, Adams, Lawrence and Highland counties in southern Ohio.

Unity I Home Health Care is accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The accreditation process of JCAHO is a key factor in Unity I Home Health Care providing the highest standard of care to our clients.

Certified provider for Medicaid, Passport, and CareStar Waiver programs, as well as the Department of Developmental Disabilities and the Department of Energy. Private pay patients are accepted as well.

We are a member of the National Federation of Independent Business (NIFB), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Portsmouth Area Chamber of Commerce, all in good standing.
